OSLO, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Stockholm-listed real estate
group Balder BALDb.ST said late on Monday it had raised 1.17
billion Swedish crowns ($112.38 million) in equity from
institutional investors AMF and Swedbank Robur.
The company sold 18 million new shares at 64.85 Swedish
crowns each, slightly below Monday's closing price of 65.10
crowns on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange.
Balder now plans to buy back up to 200 million euros
($215.30 million) of hybrid capital it has issued, around half
the outstanding amount, the group said.
